Welcome to the first edition of Live & Play Chicago, the magazine. This magazine is not your typical real estate fare. It is an extension of LiveandPlayinChicago.com, a Chicago real estate and lifestyle blog that I founded in the summer of 2008. While the magazine is designed to showcase the many homes that my team and I have the privilege to represent, it is also quite personal, including introductions to restaurants, parks, amenities, and other trivia that you may enjoy. In addition, we interviewed a developer, a landscape architect, and an insurance broker, as well as included tried and true tips on how to prepare your home for sale, and our thoughts about buying a resort home.
